People Area Technician

DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTITUTION : CIC energiGUNE is a research center specialized in energy, electrochemical storage (batteries and supercapacitors), thermal energy solutions and hydrogen, a member of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance

• BRTA and a strategic initiative of the Basque Government. CIC energiGUNE is a reference in knowledge transfer and was created in 2011 to generate fundamental excellence knowledge useful for the Basque business network.

CIC energiGUNE has a dynamic research team of more than 100 researchers and is extremely well equipped with a wide range of up-to-date facilities that are fully available to all the research community. In 2019, the European Commission has awarded CIC energiGUNE with the ´HR Excellence in Research´ label, which reflects the center´s commitment to implement fair and transparent recruitment and appraisal practices, and certifies its salutary work environment.

: CIC energiGUNE is looking for a person to join the center's People Area team for the position of People Technician (Human Resources).

Functions

• Support in people administration tasks (immigration processes, registrations, cancellations, contracts, etc.).
• Support in training management: training needs assessment, development of the training plan, course management, training evaluation.
• Support in other activities related to talent development such as performance evaluation processes or career plans.
• Collaboration in other innovative talent attraction and development projects.

HOW TO APPLY :

• University Degree (Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or similar), preferably with a Master's Degree in Human Resources. Other degrees will be valued based on the person's experience.
• Experience developing functions in the Human Resources area is valuable but not mandatory.
• High level of spoken and written English. Most of the tasks will be performed in English.
• Motivated, proactive, efficient and with organizational skills.
