Tareas

As a Strategy Execution & Organizational Change Consultant you will join a highly synchronised team and collaborate with C-level executives to drive businesses through transformation based on self-organised team management, OKRs and high quality feedback based on Radical Candor.

You'll train, coach, guide and support your clients in this new way of working in a dynamic, empathetic, structured, and charismatic way.

You will rock at this role if you have :

• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory: You will interact with native and bilingual people. French and German are valued.
• Consulting experience is not necessary but real experience in driving results in companies is! Experience with OKR, Agile and Lean methods are valued.
• Charisma to inspire those at the top combined with systemic thinking
• Collective mindset: prioritizing the "we" over the "me."
• Passion for strategy execution, OKR, Lean and Agile ways of working to make a positive impact.
