mentor and lead a globally distributed team of approximately 8 SW Engineers.- Lead the efficient delivery for time-boxed software releases, ensuring high quality and innovative feature development- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.- Foster a culture of mutual respect and collaborative decision making.- Identify staffing requirements and help drive recruitment of high-quality colleagues.- Lead innovative approaches on infrastructure, performance optimization & automation.- Plan - Align with product roadmap and backlogs, planning necessary throughput, and capacity.- Execute – with the team to deliver the committed projects, on time within budget with quality, help manage changes/disruptions to the team, partner with other managers/teams adhering to best practices,
process and audit constraints.- Communicate – keep both stakeholders and team informed on status,issues and risks.- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.- Participate in agile estimations, planning, daily ceremonies and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in team and personal performance.- Ensure internal company policies are followed on-time and accurately
