Principal Specialist, Product Insights, Platform Services and Enterprise Systems

We strive to be impactful to our customers’ business, by advocating to improve our products, services and systems.In this role, you will support Autodesk as a Customer Company by ensuring that Autodesk is aware of and takes action to improve areas that most impact our customers’ ability to adopt or efficiently use our products. Key measures of success will be improving Product Quality Sentiment measured through NPS and reducing customer incidents. You will own a portfolio of platform/cloud services and APIs that connect across Autodesk products and will collaborate with peers to use data and insights to build business cases to gain buy-in for action from development teams.The ideal candidate will be experienced with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, Postman queries, webhooks, and public cloud computing concepts. You will have an aptitude for synthesizing large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns across interconnected systems and build relevant business cases.ResponsibilitiesBuild data-based business cases for product/system changes that result in the removal of important barriers for our customersBuild relationships with senior development leadership to establish a collaborative effort in ensuring our customers’ most important barriers to adoption and efficiency are addressedAssist with mission-critical product escalations and refine/maintain escalation process for assigned portfolioCollaborate across interdependent development teams and platform services teams to achieve shared objectivesMinimum QualificationsExperience with Autodesk Platform Services APIs (formerly Autodesk Forge Platform)Experience with Autodesk Technology and Autodesk product APIsFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS servicesYou have 5+ years of technical experience with APIs, public cloud services, or related technologyYou have 5+ years of experience in Supporting Autodesk Customers or Developing Autodesk ProductsYou have a proven track record of building strong and collaborative relationships with development teamsYou have demonstrated a capacity to develop business plans based on data insightsYou have a proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus buildingYou have a strong empathy for customers AND passion for efficiencyYou have an understanding of the Industry (where it is going) and our products (where we are today) and can create a Gap analysis to identify opportunitiesA growth mindset that supports continuous learning and improvementThe Ideal CandidateInnovative - Bringing new ideas and solutions for improving products and customer experienceImpactful – Passionate about making a positive impact, has a sense of urgency in approaching critical challenges, committed to our customers’ success. Pragmatic – Being able to prioritize and solve problems in the most efficient way, commit to quality#LI-SK1Learn More / Plus d'informationAbout Autodesk / À propos d’AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
