Job Description As a member of the Zynga and Socialpoint Ad Monetization team, your role will be to propose and develop innovative approaches to build, drive and optimize the ad revenue performance of Zynga and Socialpoint games . Responsibilities In this role you will plan and oversee in-game advertising for iOS, Android, Amazon and Windows within one family of games (genre). You will work in an amazing multinational team and will steer our efforts in successfully building, operating and managing all types of advertising and enhance the user experience with our mobile games. Being fully responsible for several ad revenue streams for the family of games (strategy/ word/ casual) Full ownership of the ad strategy for any new product in world and soft launch Being the expert on the owned project’s gameplay, monetization, new features & Liveops (IAP & IAA) Shared ownership for new game features & Liveops that directly impact ad revenue Responsibility for an A/B test roadmap to optimize ad monetization efforts in collaboration with game analytics, data science, and product team Informal leadership of respective game’s “ads squad” Maintaining and building relationships with advertising partners Ownership of the execution of all ad network deals across the game portfolio & full cycle of closing new ad partnerships (from negotiation to execution and integration supervision) Performance analysis and optimization of each ad revenue stream on the constant basis Supporting and improving our ad quality initiatives and maintenance of high-quality advertising across the portfolio Travel to networking events (optional) This is you: Results-oriented and resilient personality Proactive and takes initiative, with a problem-solving attitude Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building productive and positive relationships with external partners, management, and peers Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets Proven account management and negotiation skills Must be a driver, highly ambitious, and career-oriented.
