The focus of the position is to understand the marketplace, align with CCH Tagetik priorities, and lead the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning offering, with emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and support a successful Go-to-market execution. We operate on a global scale with direct and indirect operations around the world and continue to expand across regions and product capabilities. You will be based in Italy, UK, or remotely in Europe. Reporting directly to the VP, Integrated Business Planning, you will assist in implementing the segment priorities through other CCH Tagetik functional organizations (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) and contribute to the growth of Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. This is primarily an Outbound Product Management function aimed at driving revenue and positioning us in the market.

Required Job Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree required. The focus here is on managing the Extended Planning (XP&A) solution for the Office of CFO; within CCH Tagetik with a focus on the Financial Planning & Analysis pillar.
  2. Experience: At least 10 years of enterprise software company leadership experience in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Performance Management (CPM) market, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) market, or Extended Planning (XP&A) market. At least 5 years of enterprise software company Product Management experience.
  3. Understand the important processes within the Office of CFO of large Enterprises and the entire Enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting process.
  4. Experience managing multiple complex international projects in the FP&A area.
  5. Experience positioning FP&A & CPM externally (to Analysts, in Webinars, User conferences, and events) AND internally (Sales Enablement, Marketing support, Pre-Sales support, and GTM support).

Other Qualifications (preferences):

  1. Education: MBA preferred.
  2. Synthesize complex information and formulate an aligned approach and plan.
  3. Work within a global matrix organizational structure. Able to work within a global cultural team with a collaborative style and experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  4. Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and leading teams of people, projects of varying complexity, and the daily operations of the business while focusing on the most critical tasks for success.
  5. Deep customer orientation with the ability to focus teams on providing premium service efficiently and economically.
  6. Experience communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences in English, including executive presentations to the most senior organizational levels.
  7. Knowledge of agile methodologies.
