As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process in our regions (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and Turkey)

Our business is continuously growing and therefore the recruitment successes are essential. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team and of course with HR and Line Managers. As we work in an international environment, you will also cooperate with other HR teams across the globe.

Role Summary :Talent Acquisition - Early Career & Campus Recruiter (Spanish and English speaker)

Your tasks

  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of fresh gruaduates
  • Source applicants through online channels (LinkedIn, social media) and other professional networks
  • Coordinate with relevant hiring managers and business Leaders to define hiring needs
  • Building and implement recruiting campaigns with main focus on early recruitment
  • Create job descriptions that are appealing and reflect the requirements for each position
  • Interviewing: conduct screening calls, online interviews, provide feedback to the hiring managers in line with our global procedures
  • Maintain contacts with external partners and staffing agencies
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs and other recruitment events
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview feedback
  • Keep data up to date into our ATS
  • Local process optimization and collaboration on international projects
  • Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
  • Developing internship programs and evaluating the performance of new employees.
  • Hosting and attending college career days and conferences.
  • To be the main point of contact with external and internal stakeholders related to fresh graduates recruitment
  • Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design internship programs

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your degree in Economics, HR, Psychology, or a comparable field
  • 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, employer branding or similar roles
  • Previous experience in recruiting HCM professionals (SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday HCM, HR Business Consultants)
  • Previous experience in hiring management according to the Spanish labour law (work permit, social security affiliation NIE number, etc.)
  • You are a data-oriented person, with a structured approach towards Applicant Tracking system, and you generate operational reports and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities and keep stakeholders up to date
  • Excellent communication skills, independent, pro-active way of thinking
  • You inspire others with your enthusiasm and have a keen sense for people and their potentials
  • High motivation, hands-on mentality and service orientation rounds off your profile
  • You like dynamic working environments, and you want to have a personal impact
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing business

Language requirements

  • English : Fluent/native level (the interview process will be entirely in English)
  • Spanish : Fluent/Native level
  • French or additional languages : highly preferred
