Job description The Role

This role will challenge you to work with senior leaders across the globe to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service, ensuring that we are able to attract exceptional and diverse talent to our client.

Your role will also include indirect management - leading hiring projects plus identifying and driving opportunities to improve our recruitment practices. Key Accountabilities

The role of Senior Recruiter will take account for the following tasks:

  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on talent attraction and diversity
  • Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers
  • Create and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
  • Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
  • Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output
  • Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
  • Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting Skills & Experience
  • Extensive recruitment experience, including Director and Senior level hiring
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills - able to consult, partner and influence Able to demonstrate experience of leading and driving diverse recruitment processes
  • Comfortable working across boundaries and cultures
  • Experienced in the use of recruitment technology, ideally branding/EVP tools, assessments and/or On-Demand video interviewing
