Funciones :

  • Define and implement Ferrovial’s global Learning strategy, aligned with the global Talent Strategy and model (objectives, collectives, channels, content, KPIs).
  • Design plans, programs and training channels globally according to the needs of the Group.
  • Define and implement global policies and processes related to training.
  • Identification, selection and management of corporate digital training platforms.
  • Leadership of the corporate university in face-to-face format.
  • Explore and adopt new learning formats for the Group. - Advise the Ferrovial HR Departments on training-related issues.
  • Liaise with organizations within the Ferrovial Group to leverage and maximize potential opportunities within learning and development and to share best practice.
  • Manage department team and budget.
  • Organize and host regular communications, share and consolidate feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in business learning.
  • Liaise and negotiate with external learning providers globally, ensuring excellence and continuous improvement.

Habilidades y experiência :

  • Bachelor’s degree. Masters in HR or MBA will be a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience with a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
  • High level of communication skills, planning, organization, decision-making and problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English is a must.
