Job Purpose

You will be responsible for the Customer Journey operational supervision in real time, following the established procedures in the department, in order to ensure the delivery of a great experience to our customers.

Main Accountabilities

  • Managing the Customer Journey from the iOCC, the Customer Response Agent role oversees:

  • Manage passenger assistance in case of disruptions in the customer journey

  • Prevent missed connections or overbookings support

  • Send communications to customers and airports

  • Manage daily request from authorities or airports.

Main Relationships

  • Their main relationships will be with the Customer Response Team Leader, Customer Care and Ground Operations.

Education

  • Degree in aeronautical management is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working at the airport as a ground handling agent, a travel agent or in customer service.
  • Navitaire system (Skyspeed, GONOW, Skyport) or other bookings systems knowledge.

  • Booking’s system understanding and capacitation.
  • Dynamic person who can work under pressure and under fluctuant working rhythm.
  • Ability to adapt to new requirements in short time.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic, patient, and supportive skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Teamwork skills.

  • English: B2 or higher
  • Spanish: C1

  • Work in shifts from Monday to Sunday (H24)
