We are looking for a self-starter to join our Product integration team as Research Scientist. We are transforming the way we do development. The Research Scientist will also provide research-based recommendations which will inform talent strategy. This person will develop assessment content, develop psychometrics, conduct validation studies, conduct job analyses, and complete organizational research studies. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Lead full life cycle of large scale research programs (Develop strategy, gather requirements, manage and execute) - Analyze results on a regular basis to report out impact of development initiatives - Lead and support the development of innovative strategies (assessments, performance based simulations, etc.) in all phases of content development, validation design, and implementation - Design research methodologies to identify and define characteristics of high performance - Combine quantitative and qualitative data to inform research - Influence executive project sponsors, business leaders, and development teams across the company - Manage large complex data sets and perform statistical/quantitative analyses Preferred qualifications - Masters or PhD in Psychology or other relevant field - Experience writing and communicating technical information for non-technical audience - Experience with data warehouses, machine learning, and building automated analytical systems
