Context And Mission Key Duties

  • Overall support in purchase management.
  • Preparation and processing of purchase orders with a focus on optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Rigorous control of delivery timelines, verification of delivery notes, and adherence to invoice conditions.
  • Management of assets and regular inventory updates to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Administrative facilitation in formalizing minor contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal regulations.
  • Thorough processing of documentation, including follow-up on signatures and establishment of guarantees.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of contract execution, including the preparation of reception minutes and payment proposals. Effective organization and maintenance of document filing systems.

**Requirements Education

A vocational training or/and university degree or equivalent professional qualification in business administration, procurement, or related field.

Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
  • In-depth knowledge of public procurement practices, including familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing contracts of public administrations.
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems, preferably experience with SAP Business One or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience

  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is essential for processing Spanish-language documents. Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective communication in an international context.

  • The position will be located at BSC within the Management Department
