We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles. - We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with Dutch to join us at our facility in Asturias (Spain)- The purpose of this position is to receive and process customer orders and to provide service information to external customers or potential customers on various types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders, to ensure customer satisfaction, taking the extra mile to engage customers.- - Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.- Generate sales leads- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Requirements and skills- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Dutch/ Flemish speaking skills are a must, French skills are desirable Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
