For our headquarters in Stuttgart, we are currently looking for an IT Application Support (m/f/x) in the green sector YOUR TASKS Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues for the IT application landscape of all locations of the Selecta Group Work within our IT ticket system Manage company devices together with on-site support for hardware issues (installations, updates, problems, replacements etc) Develop and maintain documentation for processes and troubleshooting guides Collaborate with team members and the different departments of the company, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity Monitor system performance and conduct regular security checks within the company infrastructure Participate in the execution of IT projects within the entire Selecta Group YOUR PROFILE Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Expertise in IT hardware and application support Analytical skills to understand how our horticultural business flows interact with our IT application landscape High service orientation regarding end-user support Ability to set priorities and work independently Excellent communication skills and capacity to understand business concepts quickly Enjoy working in an international and highly motivated team Very good knowledge of English WE OFFER Wide range of development opportunities in a growing, successful and international family-owned business Option to work up to 60% from home per week Flexible, individual and family-friendly arrangement of working hours Modern workplace equipment and company smartphone also for private use Independent work in a modern, safe and international working environment A dynamic and motivated team Flexitime Account Corporate Benefits Business Bike Cafeteria with menu service DID WE SPARK YOUR INTEREST?
