Your team The Corporate Master Data Management team, part of the Corporate Data Solutions, is responsible for central and well-integrated Corporate Data with the entire Enterprise Value Chain. The ultimate goal is to reinforce Business Excellence in all domains and at all levels in the organization. What does your day look like? Primary Tasks and Responsibilities: · Analyses Enterprise Platform business processes and helps define and document business requirements regarding Master Data · Analyses end-user procedures for creating and updating master data (primarily in Salesforce) and proposes improvements. · Working together with other CIDS Squads translating user stories gathered from the business into technical stories/requirements · Closely working together with Data Quality team to improve structural data quality · Willing to deep dive into master data flows (e.g. contact persons) and analyse individual cases, in order to detect and propose improvements to Master data creation and maintenance. · Tests and troubleshoots new software or enhancements to existing software to ensure solutions are delivered with quality, on-time, and in accordance with business requirements. · Help to maintain the Corporate Information Model · Builds productive relationships and networks with business partners and end users by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively to questions and problems. Your profile: · You have strong communication and you are able to act as a Partner for our internal Businesses. · Comprehending the functional requirements from your stakeholders and translating them to technical solutions. · Proven experience with data modelling, data mapping, process flow diagrams etc. · Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements · Ability to identify and propose governance improvements for master data · Ability to translate Functional Analysis to technical implementations in collaboration with technical lead · Experience with technical implementations and knowledge of API’s · You are a team player with flexibility to engage both in small individual assignments as in large team assignments. · You are eager to learn and have a result-driven mind-set · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision · Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills · Knowledge of SAP systems/ Salesforce /SAP4Hana/ CPQ is a plus · Knowledge of Payroll systems is a plus · Knowledge of finance processes is a plus Key Responsibilities: · Capturing the functional requirements from your stakeholders and translating them to technical solutions and visualization through data models, data mapping, process flow, diagrams, etc. · Coordinating regularly with stakeholders, like our Support Squad, the Product Owners and the business owners · Experience with agile way of working – scrum · Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements · Ability to identify and propose governance improvements for master data · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision · Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills · Knowledge of SAP systems/ Salesforce /SAP4Hana/ CPQ is a plus · Knowledge of Payroll systems is a plus · Knowledge of finance processes is a plus From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
