The vacancy is in our newest project, to set up and implement a Business Analyst as a Service team.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Analyst Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most important IT companies in the world. You will be in charge of your own team, consisting of 3-4 BA.

What is this all about?

You and your team will be only dealing with the e-commerce front/visual part. The other parts are handled in other SQLI´s work teams.

Tech role main tasks

• Mainly AEM (below, there is Hybris (ecom+PIM+promo+oms) and also Adobe Target for A/B testing which can influence the front.
• Typical tasks of a BA, but related to the front only of an e-comm solution
• Make the specs based on the docs produced by the UX/UI team
• Create AEM test cases
• Take into account the aspects that can be produced by configuration of AEM, which would avoid asking IT to make custom dev if possible

Business role main tasks

• Liaising between the IT department and final customer.
• Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches.
• Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
• Enhancing the quality of IT services.
• Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
• Running A/B tests and analyzing data.
• Analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Who are you?

• Degree in computer engineering, software engineering, Business Administration or similiar etc
• Adobe AEM is highly valued.
• Previous experience in IT management position.
• Always diving in a technology-driven role.
