  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications : Critical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's) for this position are: Knowledge of and ability to conduct/direct analysis and research efforts.

Knowledge of and ability to develop comprehensive and integrated strategic and capitalization plans.

Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in Federal financial source management including appropriated and non-appropriated funds.

Knowledge of financial management including budgeting, cost and profitability analysis, internal controls, audit systems, procurement, cost controls, performance tracking and facility management.

Ability to utilize analysis in developing information to formulate decisions for complex management actions.

Ability to utilize complex information to base decisions that betters the program and community.

Knowledge of a variety of financial, programs, administration, EEO, procurement, personnel, and other laws, regulations, and policies used by the Navy and other U.S. government agencies.

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with senior leadership, peers, staff and customers.

Education : In addition to a graduate degree in recreational or business-related science, an advanced graduate degree or commensurate experience is considered a prerequisite.

Additional information : To ensure compliance with an applicable preliminary nationwide injunction, which may be supplemented, modified, or vacated, depending on the course of ongoing litigation, the Federal Government will take no action to implement or enforce the COVID-19 vaccination requirement pursuant to Executive Order 14043 on Requiring Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination for Federal Employees. Therefore, to the extent a Federal job announcement includes the requirement that applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 pursuant to Executive Order 14043, that requirement does not currently apply. Household goods may be shipped and a Living Quarter Allowance (LQA), is paid to cover monthly housing and utility costs.
