Cloudera Administrator (Remoto) - [A-800]

We are seeking a talented and experienced Linux System Administrator with a specialization in Big Data and Cloud technologies to join our team.

Tareas
- Manage and maintain Linux-based systems with a focus on performance optimization and reliability.
- Resolve incidents and perform in-depth problem analysis to ensure seamless operations.
- Administer Cloudera Manager and CDH - CDP, with a special focus on Atlas, Ranger, Oozie, Impala,
and Hive services.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies utilizing Blueprints.
- Oversee the administration of Big Data systems, ensuring their availability, scalability, and security.
- Utilize AWS services such as Elasticache, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and EC2 (including ALB, NLB, ASG, etc) for cloud-based deployments.
- Configure and manage networking and routing within AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC).
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters to orchestrate containerized applications.
- Handle log management using Elasticsearch and Kibana for effective monitoring and analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams using Git for version control, including cloning and branching.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket for project tracking, documentation, and version control.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Linux system administrator.
- Proficiency in Cloudera Manager and CDH - CDP, with a strong focus on Atlas,
Ranger, Oozie, Impala, and Hive services.
- Extensive experience with AWS services, including Elasticache, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, EC2, ALB, NLB, ASG, etc (minimum 2 years).
- Solid understanding of networking and routing within AWS VPC.
- 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes administration.
- Knowledge and some experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana for log management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as bash, Python, etc.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket is a plus.
