About Corporate Finance – Restructuring:
The Corporate Restructuring Practice is capable of delivering the most complex financial restructuring solutions to stakeholder groups. We provide analytical services to debtors, creditors and other stakeholders of companies experiencing unfavourable situations arising from liquidity problems, over-leverage, under-performance, right-sizing or other business transition issues.
What you will do:
The successful candidate will participate in project teams, working with clients on the execution of various engagements and also assist with ongoing business development activity. As such, key activities include:
- Market analysis
- Company financial analysis
- Presentation writing
- Participation in client/internal meetings
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2.1 in your undergraduate degree (preferably a numerical degree )
- Either CPA or masters in finance or MBA
- Minimum 3 years work experience or equivalent
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Preferably either Big 4, private capital, management consulting &/or TMT industry background
- Fluent Engli sh speaking and writing
