Applications close 1st AprilABOUT THE JOBYou will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for several key international functions within our Global Business functions.You will build strong relationships with your hiring managers and key stakeholders with the ability to flex your style and approach where necessary to influence at all levels. You will be confident in providing updates in relation to campaigns, projects & new processes.Up skill, coach & train hiring managers on recruitment best practices, processes, systems and current legislation, and provide advice & assistance at key stages of the recruitment process & campaign.Design and delivering compelling candidate attraction content, rigorous and fair candidate screening and selection (including assessment and interviews). Delivering a positive,
customer centric candidate experience and positive perception of TUI's employer brand throughout the recruitment process.Using your market knowledge, networks and expertise within recruitment best practice, you will source and attract high calibre talent to the business using a range of methods and cost-effective channels (including direct sourcing, social media and job boards), tailoring your approach for niche/specialist/difficult to fill roles. You will be experienced in resource planning, including proactive searches, creating and maintaining talent pools
