The ExO SCL/SIL is the single-point-accountable (SPA) between Coty and the Third Party Manufacturer (TPM) for operational matters. As project manager leads also the execution of new initiatives and local factory projects and owns the TPM operational results. He/she is responsible for maintaining and fostering a continuous improvement mentality at the TPM Supply Chain and acts as primary point of contact for innovation and strategical projects, going hand-in-hand with other SC stakeholders among which stand out: the Global Initiative Leader (GIL), Procurement, Technical (Formula & Pack) teams, Planning Hub and Quality.

MISSION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

SPA : Coordinate Coty activities at the TPM through boundary management to avoid conflicting direction for multiple functions. Service (OTIF): OTIF gap analysis and works with support functions and the TPM to solve the issue and prevent reoccurrence, Cash: Lead the activities to improve TPM agility (i.e. lead times and MOQ). Own the process for reporting, root causing and disposition of any off-book liability a the TPM, TPM Scorecard: Accountable for the operational and performance results of the TPM as identified in the TPM Supply Chain scorecard. Lead the initiative execution after handover from GIL while delivering quality, cost and quantity targets (On-Time and In-Full). Ensure project readiness and secure the CPS adherence. Build action plans for the supply chain issues identified during project lifetime in collaboration with the different stakeholders. As project manager owns the problem-solving and also the post-mortem analysis of the initiative, root causing every alert raised to the business/markets during the execution and every deviation vs the agreed commitments. Activate the alert process in case an issue cannot be contained and resolved within the TPM and Planning Hub perimeter. Communicate issues or risks to both the Lead Team and the business to make the necessary decisions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or similar), Experience in Supply Chain and Project Management. Proficient in English (mandatory), SAP and MS Project are highly recommended. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with critical thinking, process improvement and decision-making. Leadership.
