Identify opportunities and recommend actions.Actively participate in all tasks and processes related to Forecasting, Budgeting, Outlook, Financial Analysis, Sr. Management analytics and ad hoc activitiesPrepare management presentations for planning and Month End Close reviewsAnalyze current and past trends in KPI including all areas of P&L, Balance sheet and HCMonitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceOversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling toolsSupport Business Units managers with data and reportsMeet reporting deadlines in accordance with Finance calendarDevelop and work on various budgeting and forecasting models and templatesProvide analysis and insights to ensure continuous progress towards achieving financial and performance management metricsWork closely with EMEA FP&A team members in all ongoing activities.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Degree in Finance / Accounting5+ years of experience in finance / FP&A role of international companyVery strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiencyKnowledge of SAP/BW and SAP BPC of advantage.Fluent in EnglishAble to interact effectively and clearly with higher levels of management (managers & above)Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a multi-tasking environmentQuick learner, proactive and thoroughDeadline-oriented, able to work well under pressure, has strong sense of urgency / prioritization.Strong team success orientation#LI-CD1#LI-HYBRIDWhat’s In It For You?
