The Kit Booking Associate Manager will lead the Kit booking team as part of the overall Customer Service team to maintain Stryker Iberias Loan kit distribution activities, whilst meeting customer service and quality requirements. They will take responsibility for ensuring the kit booking, planning, and invoicing processes and key metrics are delivered on time every time. This encompasses the entire operational process related to that specific area, ensuring a Best in Class organization is created and maintained through implementing solutions to further develop, maintain, and improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost and optimize inventory. A key component of this role will also be to lead, coach and develop the team as well as importing and exporting best in class talent. The Kit Booking Associate Manager can have up to 20 direct reports across, multiple sub-teams. Setting Direction: Support the Kit Booking strategy for the Iberia, setting goals and objectives for the country or region. Lead the review and standardization of all processes, procedures, methods and tools to determine adequacy to meet the performance objectives. Take responsibility for and work in collaboration with other stakeholders to achieve departmental and divisional KPIs and objectives such as Kit OTIF, STC kit turns, efficiency, quality & financial metrics Building Organizational Capability: Focus on making procedural changes and new or more effective ways to accomplish tasks, achieving team goals or performing team functions. Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement of service provided to our customers. Build, liaise and maintain relationships and seek opportunities for collaboration, synergy and integration with colleagues across functions (RAQA, Finance, Customer Service, kit Room, Warehouse, etc.) and divisions (Sales, Marketing) and make procedural or process suggestions for achieving team goals or performing team functions. Take ownership to further improve the country kit booking capabilities and processes. Participate in projects to increase customer satisfaction, efficiency, lower costs and optimized inventory levels. Lead the local implementation or participate in cross-functional projects and the integration of operations of any relevant mergers or acquisitions. Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and otherpolicies and regulations are implemented, applied and followed in the country. Liaise with local Marketing and Asset for the creation and maintenance of BOMs based on customer demand and market trends. Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics for kit boking are implemented, reviewed and monitored regularly, and achieved in the country. Regularly review and provide input to the relevance of the KPIs and make proposals for adjustments or additions to drive the right behaviors and actions in the team in serving our customers. Monitors and encourages team to ensure high performance and actively works to reward performance and achievement of critical outcomes. Ensure that the kit invoicing process is optimized for service, cost and efficiency including invoicing in an agreed timescale, in collaboration with Customer Service Department. Ensure that overdue loan kits, items in pending, are monitored, and followed up as per the guidelines. Liaise with Asset team to optimize STC rotation and coordinate decommissioning or requests of new kits accordingly. Provide business case and detailed cost justification to decision makers to obtain resources.
