As an Accountant, you will be supporting and assisting the accountancy and tax manager in the monthly accounting and tax cycle, providing support in preparing reports, audits, and addressing inquiries from the group.

Tasks
What you’ll be doing?
- Collaborate with the line manager in the accounting and reconciliation process for a bank account, GBP bank account, Visa, Ecash, Intercompanies, cross charges, HP leasing, Office lease and capex depreciation.
- To support the Accounts receivables, Accounts payables, and Unbilled.
- To support Client revenues/cost management
- Collaborate in the accounting and reconciliation process for payroll processes, seizures, social security, and taxes, including support prepayments and income tax calculation ( 200, 202)
- To support Internal and external audits.
- To support month-end P&L and Balance Sheet reports.
- To prepare monthly and yearly taxes ( 111, 216, 303, 349, 190, 296, 390)
Requirements : What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?
- A fluent level of Spanish and good level of English
- A Degree in Business Administration and Management or Higher professional education on Administration/Accounting
- Experience in the accounting, treasury, and collection departments
- +3 years of experience working with the Spanish general accounting plan (PGC Español)
- Experience with Finance/Accounting systems like SAP
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships
- Highly detail-oriented, organisation, and accuracy
- Ability to be consistent and reflective, ensuring a high delivery of working standards
- To demonstrate a complete vision and knowledge of the operations within a
- finance department
- Have a resolutive and proactive mindset to provide solutions within timeframes
- To have the capacity to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
Benefits : What do we offer?
- Contract: Permanent contract (1-month probation period)
- Full-time (39hours/week)
- Working days/Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
- Salary: 28K - 30K (**depending on experience**)
- Holidays: 24 per calendar month
