Administrativo/a Comercial

Apoyar la función de ventas internas mediante el procesamiento de pedidos de ventas y proporcionar cotizaciones precisas.

Responsabilidades : En dependencia de la Sales Operations Manager, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Gestión de pedidos y cotizaciones.
• Solicitud de condiciones comerciales, logísticas y financieras.
• Gestión y control de incidencias.
• Realización de presupuestos.
• Gestión de oportunidades.
• Configuración a medida con herramienta del vendor.
• Utilización y desarrollo de herramientas comerciales (cotizadores, etc...)

Requerimientos :

• Experiência previa en posiciones de backoffice en departamentos de Ventas.
• Conocimientos de SAP y paquete Office.
• Valorable conocimiento del canal IT para realizar las cotizaciones y configuraciones de producto.
• Mínimo Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio.
