Ready to change the world with us?

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or related
• +4 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational environment
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiating, influencing, problem solving and facilitation skills with experience establishing credibility and strong working relationships at all levels across the organization
• Feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast paced environment

You will:

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
• Source, screen and conduct competency-based interviews with candidates
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and processes
• Monitor and oversee the recruitment process and offer management
• Use data to create, measure and scale smart recruiting strategies and benchmark salaries
• Experience in a startup/scale environment is a must
• Experience in 360 degree recruitment
• Experience in recruiting business related roles
