We are looking for an ambitious, high-performing Senior Salesperson / Manager to join a software company based between Marbella and Estepona. The successful applicant will be responsible for new client acquisition and helping to grow the business from launch in order to achieve the revenue objectives of the company. Ideally, you will have previous experience of B2B sales gained from both face-to-face and telephone sales, together with proven performance in meeting sales targets. Previous sales experience gained within software sales or real estate software would be a bonus. You will be fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) and have excellent presentation skills. You will also be a strong team worker and people person who can lead from the front and understands the role of motivation both in sales and the workplace generally. Helping drive the ongoing success of the business will also open up future career progression opportunities. Requirements: ·        Successful previous experience as a salesperson or sales manager, ideally within the IT industry ·        Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of client organisations ·        Proven ability to drive the sales process from open to close. ·        Some basic foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software and IT services. ·        Ideally, some knowledge or experience in Real Estate software is preferred but not mandatory ·        A high level of English and Spanish required, (both written and spoken) and any other languages are a bonus ·        Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to present to large audiences are beneficial ·        Must have a car and a valid driving licence ·        Must reside near San Pedro or be willing to commute every day. ·        Must be highly presentable with a friendly and pleasant demeanour and a “can-do” attitude. Responsibilities: ·        Contacting and qualifying potential clients, demonstrating the product and closing sales ·        Growing the company’s client portfolio and meeting revenue targets ·        Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships ·        Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, revenue projections and client reports ·        Identification and creation of new sales opportunities. ·        Working with the Marketing and Management teams to develop strategies for sales growth ·        Providing support to other members of the sales team ·        In-house sales training delivery ·        Company and Product presentations The offer: ·        Excellent work environment (200 sq. metres. of offices recently refitted). ·        Professional and highly focused business team ·        Competitive basic salary plus high O.T.E. ·        Product and sales training provided as necessary ·        Office-based position with travel to and from clients ·        Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm with an hour lunch break.
