We are looking for a Spanish reviewer to become part of our group of translators. The position is based in our office at Seville (onsite). This role requires mixed abilities. We require translation skills with 2-5 year of expertise, CAT tools usage, PM qualities, TMS knowledge desirable. It would be great if she/he has proven project management skills, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing & growing business, experience in managing or mentoring others, driving workload to successful completion, and managing & growing client relationships. Responsibilities Will Include · Manage and work (translate and mainly Review) on projects independently & lead relationship management and service delivery for our clients, as per Production Head requests. · Use of our TMS tool to manage/coordinate the projects from initiation through to delivery and support team members in managing their own projects. · Determine resource requirements (e.g. linguist, budget, timing) and optimal cost structure based on language project objectives and operational needs. · Ensure level of quality and professional and ethical standards. · Proactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and close identified gaps. · Lead/participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. · Mentor Project Coordinators and Interns (once you are used to our procedures). · Communicate effectively both in English and Spanish (verbal and written). · Participate in business development efforts and client meetings. Skills And Experience · BA degree in Translation other related field and keen interest/background in languages. MA preferred · Language skills: Native in Spanish and fluent in English (added value if a third language is used, preferably French or Italian) · Translation experience (2-5 years) · Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and growing business (we may work both remotely and at our office) · Experience working inhouse for a translation company preferred. · Ability to multi-task · Client relationship building & management skills · Excellent time management and organisational skills.
