What we do .** Build38 is a cyber security tech company that ensure the utmost protection of mobile apps. We enable all sorts of organizations - from car manufacturers to banks, from public transit operators to identity providers - to deliver their mobile app use cases securely. We already protect millions of Android and iOS endpoints with our SDK which, together with our backend analytics platform, provides the most comprehensive mobile app security solution in the market.

The opportunity. This is an opportunity for an experienced Product Marketer with a background in B2B SaaS security software to become part of a team that is at the forefront of global marketing innovation, leading the creation of Build38 digital excellence.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our security software products. You will be working closely with a small but mighty team of 4 marketing members to deliver compelling product messaging, create impactful marketing campaigns, and drive customer adoption and retention.

Here is a little taste of your challenge :

  • Product positioning and messaging: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value and differentiation of our security software products.
  • Content creation: Create engaging and persuasive content such as sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, website content, blog posts, and social media content to support product marketing initiatives.
  • Sales enablement: Enable the sales team with the necessary product knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively communicate product value propositions and close deals. Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, battle cards, and sales training programs.
  • Go-to-market strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. Coordinate product launches and ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Competitive analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and position our security software products effectively against competitors.
  • Customer insights: Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and analyze user data to gain insights into customer needs and preferences. Use these insights to shape product messaging, inform product roadmap decisions, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and team management: Work closely with a small team of 4 other marketing members to align marketing efforts, share best practices, and support overall marketing objectives. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.
  • Development of strategies focused on key business objectives and trend analysis. Provide analytical insights on current performance and localization opportunities.
  • Reporting and monitoring campaign performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Refine and optimize the end-to-end campaign strategy and tactics for direct sales, lead acquisition, and conversion.
  • Support other functions of the team, e.g., branding planning, and operational marketing.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams in building new digital assets.

Who are you? There is no set route to become part of Build38. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind :

  • Proven work experience in B2B solution marketing with more than 3 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign generation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS security software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing software products.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B software market, including competitive landscape and buyer personas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present complex ideas effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
