We’re seeking an experienced CMS Specialist to join our Content Design in Barcelona (hybrid) to understand and improve the workflows, processes and inner workings of our tools, to help meet business objectives and goals.You will support our Content Design and Product Design teams – focusing on the operational side of content through our content management and translation platforms. What you will do:

Support our CMS specialist in processing content requests, Web Master Pages and their processes and workflows:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred but not required. You will work with developers to ensure this content component is correct.
  • Be involved in establishing workflows within our new CMS platform.
  • Manage extractions, content uploads and migrations.
  • Partner closely with engineering/developer teams to understand the inner workings of the CMS platform, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify new problems and opportunities for efficiency and drive impactful solutions.
  • Have a deep context of the entire product and establish guidelines for its use.

Localisation and translation responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship between our translation vendor and eDreams ODIGEO.
  • Coordinating and managing the delivery of multiple translation projects through Jira tickets.
  • Work closely with the Internationalisation team, PMs and other stakeholders to localise content to a specific market where needed.
  • Accountable for project status and liaising with the translation provider to ensure quality and service meet expectations.
  • Identifying new strategies, approaches or workflows both internal and with the vendor for continued improvement.
  • Liaise with the translation requesters around the business and assist them with their requests.
  • Translation budget tracking.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Assistance with QA processes within the Product Design area.
  • Adaptability to all manner of content needs/tasks.
  • Master at setting expectations with stakeholders/ peers.
  • Work well under pressure from time to time to meet deadlines.

What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years experience in operational role related to translation and content management.
  • English to B2 level but C2/C1 preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • A sharp eye for spend control.
  • Proven communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Used to working to tight deadlines and managing expectations.
  • Influencing senior stakeholders
  • You have a broad range of skills with strengths in content review and management processes.
  • You are detail-focused, methodical and organised in your approach.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is ideal.
