To strengthen our Immunology Business Unite, we are currently hiring a

Senior Product Manager (m/f/x)

The Opportunity:

You will serve as the lead for Iberian product initiatives and planning focused on HCPs with primary responsibility to deliver outstanding results for assigned products/indications. This position will liaise with multiple business functions and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate coordination of activities and develop promotional materials based on product strategy.

The Role:

  • Develops and implements the local marketing plans according to the market needs in order to ensure sales, profit and market shares are achieved. Develops the Marketing Plans and implements effective actions for products and clients with the aim to reach the established commercial objectives, to increase our products competitive advantages and to satisfy Customer needs.

  • Elaborates product’s positioning, messages and SWOT and ensures these messages are duly communicated to the Field Force; Participates to the proposal, development and control of the A&P budget; Develops and implements promotional materials, events and campaigns in line with the agreed marketing strategy; National/International congresses organization and/or participation.

  • Ensures that all activities are in compliance with the Pharma Code and existing laws; Measures the impact of the marketing actions; Proposes local market research on the products he/she is responsible for.

  • Monitors local market trends; Manages and appropriately uses the CRM System; Collects data from the field (Reps, customers, hospitals, competitors) to help developing relevant products’ initiatives; Selects market drivers and key marketplace success factors; Provides recommendations for new actions to exceed sales and market shares.

  • Interact with all Local CSL Behring Departments, KOLs, Customers and EU colleagues.

  • Lead Iberian Business Teams as well as play an active role in EBTs/EU Launch Teams in order to ensure cross-market fertilization (new initiatives, studies, strategies, etc.).

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors' degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences or healthcare discipline; MBA preferred

  • 7+ years' experience in sales and marketing or related experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry

  • 2-4 years product management experience preferred.

  • Willingness to travel: up to 20%
