As part of the Growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, establishing a strong market presence in the UK region and cultivating robust and successful customer relationships.

At the beginning of every story there is a once upon a time, some complicit glances and the must-have butterflies in your stomach, and to begin our story we would love to get you to know us a bit better.

The once upon a time starts with a question :which is your size? We bet you had to answer that (and had no idea how to;)) at least once in your life while buying a new outfit.

That was our trigger when, 5 years ago, we were born to help the fashion industry to solve this question.

We had complicit glances with the first brands and what made us deeply understand the problem to build a solution for all of us, because brands and fashion lovers are in the same game. #YourBodyYourSize.

The magic (and butterflies) came when we unified the digital world with its data, and the creative art of fashion by trying the collections of the brands who want to solve their sizing issues on real people with different body types.

We are partners in crime with brands to create an industry where all body types will find their perfect fit. Our story started as a digital solution for ecommerce to assist buyers while choosing sizes.

That was the beginning of an adventure that brought us to today, now we are part of MySize Inc group, a Nasdaq listed company, and we are helping fashion brands with solutions for ecommerce, retail and product departments to address size&fit issues with ad hoc solutions for every step of the value chain.

Our clients are the heart of our focus. Here are a few examples of the variety of clients we work with: Key Responsibilities : We are looking for a Full-cycle role , whose responsibilities are:

  • Detecting potential customers for the UK market and countries.
  • Screening potential customers according to qualification criteria.
  • Identifying the right people to start interaction with within target companies
  • Reaching out to potential customers to set up meetings or calls.
  • Understanding goals, pains, consequences and impact of current prospect's situation to determine if and how Naiz Fit can help.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, leveraging your expertise to provide bespoke solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Performing demos and deep-dive meetings with the right stakeholders.
  • Navigating into the potential customer's internal decision-making process.
  • Negotiating win-win relationships in terms of terms and conditions.
  • Handing off the won deals to the Customer Success team in an efficient and clear way
  • Coordinating relationships with all internal agents interacting with customers (Marketing, Customer Success and Technology)
  • Reporting all interactions and conversations into the CRM to keep track of the deal status
  • Continuously improving sales processes, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our products and services to the UK market.
  • Bringing value to prospects' lives, be more than just a sales man/woman.

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Come with 3+ years of solid technology related sales, business development o Customer success experience in B2B companies, specially SaaS.**:

  • Experience in a long sales cycle (6 months or more) will be a plus.

  • Experience in the Fashion / ecommerce industries will be a plus.

  • You have a special talent for negotiating with partners for a win-win closure of deals you drive business in the UK region countries. :

  • Interest in Fashion, Ecommerce, technology and IT Systems.
