La empresa cuenta con  profesionales y una red internacional de 56 filiales y sucursales en 22 países, lo que garantiza que sus clientes reciban soluciones rápidas y personalizadas.Descripción del empleoMissionWorking in the Vehicle Dynamics and NVH team, within the Chassis and Active Safety area, you will support world-wide management and the technical team to better analyse the projects and the business.The position will be based in IDIADA's main offices in Spain involving business trips when required to visit IDIADA's Business Units abroad.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and report financial reports on monthly basis for the department and area management.Forecasting future financial performance of the department both locally and internationally.Manage cost control and direct cost forecasting for projects, reporting directly to the area controller.Define the best practices for international projects controlling and reporting.Support the department team in the definition of pricing policies.Collaborate in the definition of the pricing strategy of new products and services.Organize and control the trainings for departmental employees both locally and internationally.RequisitosRequired skills and qualificationsThree or more years of experience in a similar position.Proven success working with all levels of management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Microsoft Office proficiency skills, excel in particular.SAP knowledge is an asset.EducationMechanical engineering studies is our preference.Bachelor's degree in related majors (Business Administration, Economics, or similar) or equivalent demonstrated training/experience.LanguagesFluent English.Advanced level in any other foreign language is an asset.Required soft skillsResponsibilityEmpathy - Active ListeningInfluenceGoal-OrientedCommunication skillsAnalytical ThinkingOther competenciesKnowledge of the vehicle development process and the ability to technically understand the service requests of our clients.Información adicionalApplus IDIADA is committed to diversity and inclusion.
