For this position, we are currently seeking candidates based in the Madrid, Barcelona, or Milan region to join our Alcobendas (Madrid), Cornellá (Barcelona), or Segrate (Milan) office. What will you do:- Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services by answering customer technical inquiries received via telephone, email, or web chat.
- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies.
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information.
- Participate in additional special team or individual projects.
A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field.
