  • Madrid
  • Kearney

Description
This applies only to candidates who can intern from September 2024 for up to 4-6 months
Application deadline: June 30, 2024
The Kearney internship program is designed to give you an outstanding introduction to the discipline of management consulting. With us, you will experience consulting in a uniquely collegial way. We work together to provide every colleague with full and ready access to the best of our firm.
Training is a vital component of your introduction to Kearney. As a business analyst you will attend multiple training programs in which you learn essential concepts and methodologies crucial to management consulting. Trainings are led by our best and brightest consultants-associates through partners.
No two client engagements are alike. As an Intern business analyst, you will work with, rather than on, clients. We value collaboration highly. We will nurture your entrepreneurial spirit and are committed to providing you with a hands-on experience that will have a positive impact on the rest of your career. Typical responsibilities include developing models, performing complex analyses, and working on research assignments both within the office and at client sites for a wide range of industries. You will benefit from our global scale and capability without compromising the speed and nimbleness afforded by your close-knit teams.
Top-performing consultants who have been with the firm for at least two years and who are committed to returning to the firm are eligible for Kearney's tuition support program, the Kearney Scholars' Program.
