Your expertise will guide the transformation of complex business requirements into efficient and scalable cloud strategies, ensuring the optimization and security of our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated processes to enhance system performance and providing expert advice on cloud technologies and best practices. Your role will involve active collaboration with various teams, including IT security, to ensure compliance and data protection, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our cloud capabilities through training and certifications. You will be a key player in driving our organization's success in a dynamic and rapidly evolving technological landscape.Description of role and responsibilities Planning, designing, and implementing cloud solutions to improve technologies and customer experiences.Transforming business requirements into efficient cloud strategies.Maintaining and expanding existing cloud infrastructure.Developing automation processes for enhanced efficiency and performance in the cloud environment.Advising clients and teams on cloud technologies, best practices, and optimization opportunities.Collaborating with IT security teams for data security and compliance.Active in continuous training and certification in cloud technologies.Balancing operations and development work.Designing and delivering integrations as services, automating API-driven systems in agile delivery models.Building and developing modern hybrid cloud infrastructures and services.Setting up automated testing in CI/CD solutions.Responsibilities include configuration management, resource allocation, performance capacity optimization, managing compliance, and ensuring service-level agreements are metQualifikationenEducation degree & technical experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.Technical knowledge/Accountabilities · Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud-based systems in Azure· Analyzing business requirements and transforming them into efficient cloud strategies· Advising clients and internal teams on cloud technologies, best practices, and optimization opportunities· Collaborating with IT security teams to ensure data security and compliance· Defining infrastructure as code with Terraform· Development of reusable Terraform modules· Managing code repositories and CI/CD pipelines· Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues· Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures· Continuously evaluate and improve system architecture to ensure optimal performance and scalability· Multiple certifications in cloud technologies (Azure Solution Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Administrator etc.) are highly regarded.· Experience in a similar role, showcasing hands-on expertise in cloud solutions· In-depth knowledge of Terraform, Github· Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing· Good knowledge of configuring and maintaining Linux and Windows servers· Experienced in creating and managing Azure Data Factories for data integration with integration runtimes· Familiarity with programming/script languages like Python, Bash, PowerShell, Azure CLI etc.· Knowledge of configuring DNS and network settings· Knowledge of implementing monitoring solutions like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, DataDog, Grafana, Icinga· Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, investigation, diagnosis, and reporting· Fundamental Knowledge in ITIL, SCRUM, KanBan and DevOps principles· Solid understanding of containerization principles with Docker and Kubernetes with hands-on experienceEnglishReading, writing and fluent conversationOther LanguageGerman is desirable: Reading, writing and conversation helpful.Other Preferences In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate should possess a set of vital soft skills for the role, including agility to swiftly adapt to evolving situations, a strong sense of empowerment, fostering trust and inspiration, a co-creative mindset that thrives on collaborative innovation, a relentless drive to excel and achieve success, unwavering customer orientation aimed at continually delighting our clients, a deep-rooted sense of purpose, a pioneering spirit that embraces innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
