Senior Project Manager for Eu-project

Your tasks will include :

• You represent Surplex within a European consortium of 13 companies, which plans to develop digital tools to support a Circular Economy of industry machinery. This project is funded by Horizon Europe programme.
• You are responsible for identification, concretization and coordination of Surplex related working items within the work packages of the project
• You create market reviews, concepts, business strategies and secure a proper communication with internal and external stakeholders and departments
• You document and maintain related concepts and project statuses and you prepare reports according to the HE requirements
• You work together with our internal departments to align project requirements and identify further potential for Surplex within the project

That’s what we are expecting of you :

• You have at least 5 years of experience in project management of international IT-related projects (experience with Framework Programmes like FP7, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe or similar is a plus)
• You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable education with in-depth knowledge of business and IT-related topics
• You are experienced in aggregating information and creating reports in a collaborative setup
• You have good technical knowledge, understand data structures and API communication, and can overview work item dependencies
• You are fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus
