Your role will involve

• Solving problems of customer issue by providing appropriate information and excellent customer support and service.
• Delivering an excellent Customer Care and to be a key enabler in Customer Care to achieve quality objectives and standards.
• Supporting the Customer Care model by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing customers and recognizing cross-selling opportunities.

• A full-time permanent contract (39 hours a week)

• Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm shift (no weekends at all)
