Your missions are to: Help coordinate Talent programs such as Performance reviews & Talent reviews, prepare quantitative and qualitative analysis and assess key indicators to improve our programs Contribute to the launch of major People (HR) projects such as competency model & career framework Provide support and share information with the People Team & Managers on Talent programs Support the Talent management team in the implementation of Talent & Performance management processes in our HRIS (Workday) Contribute to the change management part induce by Talent programs by communicating and supporting key stakeholders in these changes (change in process, tool, approach...) Help design and implement the different communication strategies (to employees and to People Team) Be responsible for the release of the Internal Mobility Newsletter Who you are Available for internship of minimum 6 months. You are at ease with data and you enjoy solving problems. You are a team player. You can build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with. You recognize yourself in our values Open, Together, Impactful. You are a self-starter, take initiatives. Very good level of English
