Your mission As key memember of Corporate Operations Controlling Team, the main purpose of your role will be to develop Business Partnering model for the Operations Area, providing valuable financial insights & monitoring to support decision making and ensure financial sustainability. ResponsibilitiesImplementation and continous development of business partnering model for the different Manufacturing plants under your responsibility, establishing a recurring monitoring of plant performance, enabling valuable decision making to the Operations Leadership Team.Monthly closing and analysis of main variances between actual P&L and Forecast, focusing on Strategic Plan of the Company.Detailed plan development for the annual cost calculation process, identifying key milestones and assigning responsibilities. Coordinate the process with Production, People and Procurement teams.Calculation of Annual standard cost of products manufactured and actual cost (monthly). Analysis of actual cost vs. standard cost, identify and present significant variances, proposing corrective actions as needed.Identification of obsolete and near-expiration products. Apply analytical tools to categorize products based on riks levels. Work closely with purchasing and sales teams to understand market trends and changes in demand. Establish early warning systems to detect products at risk of becoming obsolete or expiring.Collaboration to develop annual CAPEX budgets aligned with strategic goals. Participate in the long-term planning process to identify and prioritize capital investment projects. Perform Financial analysis to evaluate the potential returns of proposed CAPEX projects. Collaborate with key stakeholders in this process ensuring the adherence to company policys and approval process.Active contribution to the strategic initiative based on beyond budgeting, aimed at changing the organization's management model in an environment without a budget, developing elements such as targets, forecasting and resource allocation models.Participation in cross functional projects, both providing relevant information for the analysis, and participating in the discussion forum and decision-making.
