This allows us to implement the protocols and carry out the procedures established for their correct management, while giving a satisfactory response in the most efficient way to our customers!Are you interested? read on!We offer:-a stable position with an indefinite contract-40-hour week (Monday-Sunday)-afternoon or nocturnal shift (15:00 to 23:00h or 23:00 to 07:00h)-second language bonus and nocturnal shift bonus/incentive.What are we looking for? People with an advanced level of English and Spanish, with experience of at least 6 months as a customer service teleoperator, with extensive communication skills, , high problem-solving capacity, good stress management and clear customer orientation.
