YOUR MISSION

We are one of the fastest growing startups in Europe and the way we want to grow is making every city profitable! To reach this goal, we need a 360, analytical, and results-driven person to take ownership of our Partners Strategy function in Africa. In this role you will be a key member of the regional strategy team, working hand-by-hand with Global partner teams, and the Head of partners of each different market. At Glovo, we work hard and we love what we do. THE JOURNEY

  • Business-level strategy: Work closely with senior executives from sales and business development across Africa to set and implement our Partners strategy and drive key business initiatives.
  • Drive successful Execution of the local teams' commercial strategy in Africa. Work closely with the local teams to analyze results, identify opportunities to improve processes, and drive positive change. Draw and execute plans with the local team for lagging KPIs
  • Strategic knowledge & insights: Develop outstanding insights on our markets, competitors, and business trends, and disseminate this knowledge across Glovo Africa to inform key decisions on partner acquisition
  • Lead and execute partner performance projects within the region in line with the long-term strategy
  • Analyze our teams and partners' performance and measure KPIs, identifying issues and potential improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with Local and Global HQ Teams to solve any day-to-day issues
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference within the organization

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2-3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting and / or corporate strategy/account management role for a fast-growing global operating tech company
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/numerical or commercial field
  • Data-driven with a high analytical approach and result-oriented
  • Strategic thinking and planning, hands-on mentality. Determination to get things done.
  • Good knowledge of Google Docs and advanced knowledge of GSheets
  • Salesforce and SQL experience is a plus
  • Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports.
  • Excellent English.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals.
