Distribution Technician

Position functions : Management of all the activities carried out in the Logistics Operators (3PL) hired by Casen Recordati:

• Control of storage, product inputs and outputs.
• Daily control of stocks, product status, movements and inventories.
• Daily analysis of distribution to clients.
• Monitoring of compliance agreed with the 3PL in terms of order preparation, transportation and distribution to customers.
• Control of reverse logistics.
• Support to the Sales Administration and Customer Service Department in controlling Incidents.
• Communication and collaboration with the internal Departments at Casen: Planning, Production, Quality and Warehouse. Monthly monitoring of KPIs and definition of new ones. Periodic meetings with 3PL to share data and discuss actions to improve logistics processes. Expense control

Requirements : Higher degree of Vocational Training or University training : Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent. 3 years of experience in similar positions in Logistics Operators or Distribution Companies, preferably in the industrial sector. English - High level. Experience with SAP ERP, knowledge of S/4 HANA will be a plus. Specific complementary training in Supply Chain and knowledge of IBP and Power BI will be valued. High communication skills, consolidated skills in data analysis and problem solving.
