Job Description

• TechStyleOS is currently looking for Growth Analytics Senior Manager.

• TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.

• You will support all 4 of our brands: Fabletics, focused on athleisure and created together with the actress Kate Hudson; Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brands established together with Rihanna; JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim; and Yitty, our shapewear brand reinvented by the singer Lizzo.

• With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for a full-time based in our Barcelona office.

• This position reports to the General Manager for Europe.- Responsibilities:

• Managing and designing the acquisition reporting and data visualization environment by understanding acquisition marketing managers needs;

• Experience using digital marketing tools, ad platforms and data tools for visualization, analysis and reporting;

• Technical expertise to ensure that data quality and accuracy is in place to help the manager and the organization to make data-driven decisions;

• Provide the acquisition team access to valuable data and analysis for daily basis optimization

• Work together with NA to ensure adoption of best practices and converge in a single way of working

• Reduce media pain points by automating tasks

• Partner with cross-functional in Media Buyers, Product Management, Data Science and Engineering to enable the delivery of the highest impact work

• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure with high focus on efficiency & productivity

• Results-oriented, energetic and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed

Required Skills :

• +4 years of experience in a similar analytics/data role
• Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or related field.
• Experience managing long term projects in cross functional teams
• Proficient in Tableau & Excel
• Experience in SQL, Snowflake, Python and predictive modelling
• Understanding of digital and growth marketing KPI’s and direct experience in designing and driving them idigital operations
• Working knowledge of data analysis, aggregation, modelling and visualization
• Fluent in English
