To achieve this goal, your  functions  will be the following:

  • Analyze group structures, procedures, processes, and the use of resources
  • Design and implement development initiatives, action plans, programs, and training and/or training materials
  • Interview staff and facilitate specific business development and process improvement initiatives
  • Lead business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for staff
  • Contribute to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
  • Optimize staff utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation
  • Measure the impact of interventions on staff performance and the efficiency of changes and actions taken by the organization
  • Advise and recommend efficient and profitable solutions for the identified challenges
  • Documentation of processes and presentation of progress reports to executives and senior managers
  • Accompany the staff in the management of the change of processes, procedures, and changes of tools

The  knowledge  you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development, change management, process optimization and capability development strategies
  • Advanced command of office and administration software
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and intrapreneurial mindset
  • Good level of English and Spanish is required. French would also be a plus.
