This role involves defining and executing a dynamic roadmap, ensuring that Global Solutions align with the needs of European Markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in measuring Patients Services Products Adoption and defining and maintaining a rigorous regional Governance. This position will collaborate as well with Global Patients & Advance Therapies Product Teams to ensure a seamless global perspective and support needed regional Stakeholder management.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Implement technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for a particular Business domain / Function.• Partner with senior business stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates.• Ensure on-time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible function/service area.• Ensure services, solutions, platforms, and products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.• Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc with right stakeholder representation.• Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible function/service area.• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.• Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
