We are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy and guiding flawless execution & operations against it. We align the company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, while also helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. You will be responsible for the deployment & activation of different projects related to Sales capabilities, Sales processes optimisation and Business monitoring. Empowering Clarity Sales team and streamlining the complexity of the sales landscape in close partnership with other teams. Location  The role is based in Madrid / Spain  Way of Working: Remote / Hybrid Key Responsibilities Working as a Sales Ops Specialist you will be responsible for…  Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.metrics Devise Sales teams optimal organizational structure. Define key roles and responsibilities, objectives and key results. Align customer sales cycle with respective Sales workflow.  Improve Sales processes and execution; create and manage operational processes such as target setting, forecasting, and budgeting. Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity. Work cross-functionally to identify process and tooling gaps that emerge as we rapidly scale our business. Document business processes and establish long-term governance mechanisms to support productivity-related programs over the long term Improve sellers capabilities. Collaborate with relevant partners to identify knowledge gaps and design & maintain workflows and playbooks for sales teams. Requirements Excellent oral and written English communication skills. (Minimum C1 level-proficient user)  Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact. 4+ years of experience working in Sales Operations, Sales Planning orBusiness Intelligence, preferably in the SaaS industry.  Must possess business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills. Great interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences and develop trusted relationships across stakeholders Comfortable managing large datasets and summarizing key findings concisely. Experience with medium or large-scale organizational and/or technological change efforts (including program design and implementation) Preferred Qualifications Expertise in Salesforce CRM and CPQ with hands on experience implementing solutions and system integrations is a plus.
