Portuguese is nice to haveYou are enrolled in a University Degree in Engineering, Maths, Economics, Research or similarYou have European Work PermitWe are looking for motivated individuals to join our Demand Planning and Fulfilment Team!As a Demand Planning Intern, you will contribute on:Participate and drive continuous improvement programs for sales forecasting: modeling, systems, processes...Supporting forecast creation: analysis of historical sales, market trends, seasonality, recovery and integration of marketing and sales inputs, modeling of the forecast in our toolsAnalyzing sales forecast accuracy key indicators in order to identify where are we performing well and where do we have to improve. Support the team to better influence cross functional teams to have the best possible assumptions for forecasting Support the Customer Service target of 98.5% Service, minimized clearance and write-offs.As a Demand Fulfilment Intern, you will contribute on:Participate and drive continuous improvement programs for processes & set-ups, including our recent holistic service management new tool.Support the Customer Service target of 98.5% Service, minimized clearance and write-offs.Manage supply continuity: analysis of stock coverages per product to support sales & manage scarcity, influencing on Supply Planning for production changes.Discuss service impact mitigation actions with Sales and Customer Service. Analyzing stock freshness key indicators in order to have the required product shelf life available for our customer requirements.
