Job Description Our client, a leading global Telecommunications vendor, is recruiting Wireless Engineersto join their project in Europe.Responsibilities: Be responsible for wireless deployment methods design, automation, implementation, acceptance test, technical management and risk control according to customer requirements.Cooperate with the project team to meet with customers for clarifying requirements, making technical discussion and wireless solution design, and making pilot tests.Prepare and provide necessary technical documents for customers, such as High Level Design, Low Level Design, Test Report, etc.Troubleshooting for complicated wireless problems, identify bottlenecks, and solve the customer wireless method/tool issues with the help of Client TAC and R&D team.Provide technical training to use wireless methods to customers and partners.Be responsible for achieving customer Key performance indicators about method development (successful pilots, automation level, amount of tool/method issues, number of incidents related to method issues, productivity improvement related to the developed methods).Qualifications: 2 years or more wireless engineering experience.Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent study with wireless engineering experience.Deep knowledge about wireless networks with proven practice experience.Knowledge of programming (python, c++,…) with proven programming experience and tools development.Good understanding about Radio Access Networks 2G/3G/4G/5G NSA and SA.Experience on configuration, troubleshooting of wireless technical problems.French + English speaking is mandatory, Chinese speaking is a plus.Preferred Experience:Experience on wireless deployment, configuring and designing methods for wireless change operations.Experience on Client OMC and/or wireless network configuration scripts.Experience on Client wireless solutions and products.English fluent, French is additional advantage
