Job Description : The Digital Marketing Manager is an important component of the SimplyAsk team, supporting our platforms customer growth into new and existing markets. They are responsible for developing and executing multi-channel strategic digital marketing plans with the support of their team and guidance of upper management, while tracking and optimizing budgets.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Strategic planning & team management

Developing marketing plans aligned to company goals to support the sales efforts and drive inbound leads

Leading a small team of marketers to achieve business goals

Delivering reports on the performance of marketing efforts and conveying recommendations and new opportunities to upper management

Digital advertising campaigns

Creating, managing, optimizing, and tracking B2B digital advertising campaigns for multiple target markets on platforms such as Google Adwords, LinkedIn ads, Youtube ads, etc.

Designing and implementing effective marketing landing pages and registration flows to support digital advertising efforts (primarily in HubSpot)

Marketing materials & platform management

Crafting effective written marketing material for various uses,such as the brand website and ads

Researching topics to write press release content and white papers

Developing user guides with support of the sales and technology teams to enhance platform usability

Writing press releases for company announcements and pushing them to distribution networks

Managing social media platform and creating content to drive engagement

Creating new marketing materials from scratch using digital design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.

Collecting client feedback to generate customer success articles for marketing purposes

Key KPIs

Performance of paid ads including CPM, CPC, ROAS and conversion value

Job Requirements

4- years of digital marketing experience in the SAAS B2B space

Post-secondary education (diploma/degree) in Marketing

Previous experience in team management and marketing plan generation

Previous experience with HubSpot Marketing / CRM platform configuration and management

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Results driven, energetic, resourceful and proactive with superior interpersonal skills

Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage and meet multiple deadlines

Must be physically located and eligible to work in Canada

SEO experience and practical knowledge
